First, it is processed into a pigment swatch by a professional manufacturer The so-called pigment swatches, also known as pure color pastes, color granules, dry sheets, flakes, pre-dispersed pigments, refer to a solid homogeneous mixture of pigments with a specific carrier resin, i.e., pigments pre-dispersed in a high concentration in the resin. Therefore, the ease of dispersion is its greater strength. If the fineness of the ink product is required, or the nanometer effect is required, the semi-finished paste can be quickly sanded, and the performance of the paste can be described as "excellent kurtosis", regardless of its viscosity. The color, shine and brightness are unmatched. The price factor restricts the sale and application of pre-dispersed pigments. Pearlescent pigment order masterbatch refers to the pigment particles made by grinding or twin screw extrusion evenly dispersed into the resin in a proportion of 20%-80%, which is called pigment concentration or pigment preparation in the United States. It has the advantages of coloring, active metering and transportation, energy saving, dust-free, pollution-free and so on. It is widely used for coloring plastics and other materials. In the meantime, the carrier is an important part of the masterbatch, and its function is to enhance the affinity between the pigment and the resin to be colored, and to improve the dispersion and mixing of the coloring components and the resin. By using the metallocene catalytic composition of resin as a carrier, the synergy and dispersion of pigments in the mother guess can be greatly improved. With the improvement of the dispersion of the pigment in the mother guess, a more homogeneous phase can be obtained. As a result, the amount of pigment can be reduced, but at the same time, a high coloring quality can be maintained. This is because the composition of metallocene catalytic resin is different from that of Z-N catalytic resin, and the metallocene catalytic resin can be used as a carrier to prepare high concentration of colorful particles, and the pigment content can be as high as 80%.
